Preparation
Duplicate your tubes and your image. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open the tube Kikirou138-oeil, copy it and paste it as a new image, we're going to work on it
Later on you may colorize that tube so that it matches your other tubes and colours ( scenery, person ) or do Adjust / Hue and saturation / Hue map ,if you want to keep your eye brown ! You'll have to play around to find the right colours !!
2- Adjust / sharpness / sharpen
3- Add a new raster layer
Layers / arrange / move down
4- Prepare your palette layer with two colours out of your main tube
My choice : Foreground : Light colour 98d5e4 
Background : dark colour 0f2164
3- Flood fill your transparent image with your foreground colour
4- Add a new raster layer and select all
5- Open the image Bg Patrick Gunderson or a picture of your choice, copy it and paste it into the selection
Select none
Set the mode of that layer to Luminance legacy and lower the opacity to 25
If you wish you may choose another mode for that layer
6- Layers / duplicate
Effects / plugins / Filter Factory Gallery A / spotlight as below :
Set the opacity of that layer to 50 !!
7- If you wish, you may use your eraser, set as below, to rub off some dark parts of that layer to show up more light on your tag
8- Add a new raster layer and select all
Selections / Modify / contract by 80 pixels
Flood fill that selection with your background colour
9- Selections / modify / contract by 2 pixels
Hit delete to suppress the inside of your selection
Keep the selection !
10- Add a new raster layer
Open the tube scenery mds10384_fine_enchantedsea, or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it into the selection
Keep the selection !
11- Selections / invert
Activate your layer raster 3 as below
12- Layers / merge down
13- Effects / Filter Jeu de lignes / entrelacement as below

Select none
14- Activate the top layer
Open the tube Kikirou72_branchage or a tube of your choice
Copy it and paste it as a new layer in the top left hand corner of your top
15- Adjust / Hue and saturation / Hue map as below ( if you want to have my colours)
16- Effects / plugins / mura's seamless / Emboss at alpha default
17- Open the tube of the woman by Lori Rhae or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Image / resize at 90%
Place the tube as on my top
18- Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow of your choice ( 4, 4, 50, 20, black for me )
19- Ouvrir le tube moon du couple ou un tube de votre choix, le copier et le coller comme un nouveau calque
Resize the tube at 75%
Place the tube in the top right hand corner of your top
Lower the opacity of that layer between 20 and 25
20- Open the tube texte, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place the tube to your liking , colorize it if necessary
21- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
22- Make sure everything is in the right place
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your dark colour
23- Image / resize the width of your top to 1024 pixels
24- Save your work as a jpeg file
