Preparation
Duplicate your tubes and image. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.
Place your selection in your selection folder

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your colour palette with two colours matching your main tube
My choice : Foreground : light colour 7b99c3
Background : Dark colour 0a2548
Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient as below :
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with that gradient
4- Effects / plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Paper textures / Canvas, fine / 185, 87
5- Add a new raster layer and select all
6- Open the image "Paysage" or a picture of your choice, copy it and paste it into the selection
Select none
Set the mode of that layer to overlay or a mode of your choice
6- Open the tube "calguismistspring17310.pspimage" or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer onto your tag
I have resized my tube at 75% ( It is at the right place )
7- Add a new raster layer
Selections / load a selection from disk / choose Selection_voeuxdemai_fairymist / check Source Luminance and Replace the selection
8- Flood fill that selection with your background colour ( with a right click ) or any other colour ( it will be swept away !)
9- Effects / plugins / Richard Rosenman / Grid generator as below :
10- Effects / plugins / Transparency / Eliminate black
Select none
11- Set your foreground , with a colour of your choice which matches your other colours
My choice : a6a42b 
12- With your flood fill tool, set as below , flood fill 15 to 20 small rectangles on the grid done on step 10, with that new colour
13- Layers / duplicate
Image / mirror
14- With your move tool, move that second grid towards the right, to your liking, to break the symetry !
15- Open the tube "Rubans muguet 1.pspimage"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer onto your tag
Image / free rotation / 90° / left as below :
Image / resize by 25% ( Adjust / sharpen if necessary )
Place on the left hand side as on my tag
16- Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow of your choice / 4, 4, 50, 5, black, for me
17- Layers / duplicate
Image / mirror
18- Open the tube "banc_voeuxdemai_fairymist.pspimage"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer onto your tag
Place at the right place
Colorize to match your colours
19- Open the tube "kikirou1346_asian_girl.pspimage"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer onto your tag
I did image / mirror
I have resized that tube at 60%
Place at the right place
20- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow of your choice / 4, 20, 40, 20 , black, for me
21- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
22- Make sure everything is in the right place
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have used my dark background colour from step 2 )
23-Image / add some symmetrical borders of 20 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have used my light foreground colour from step 2
24- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 100 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have chosen white )
25- Open my text tubes, copy them one by one and paste them as new layers on your tag
Place them at the right place and colorize them to match your colours
* If you wish to write your own texts , you may use the fonts enclosed ,size 36 with your colour palette set as below
To finish, I applied an effect Mura's pro seamless / Emboss at alpha default !
26- Open the tube "Brin de Muguet by Tinette (3)redimensionné.pspimage"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer onto your tag
You may colorize that tube to your liking
Place at the right place
27- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow of your choice / 1, 1, 40, 5, black for me
28- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have used my dark background colour from step 2 )
29- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize it if necessary
