To realize that tag, you'll need the plugins VM Extravaganza, Alien skin Eye Candy 5 / Impact, Mura's seamless, Artistic

and the material zip here

Preparation

Duplicate your tubes and picture. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now. . Export your brushes in your psp as custom brushes. Put your selection in your selection file.

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels

2- Select all

3- Open the picture Bg-waves or a background of your choice , copy it and paste it into the selection

Select none

4- Adjust / Hue and saturation / colorize / 228, 70 for me ( choose a colour which goes with your main tube )

5- Add a new raster layer

Selections / load a selection from disk / Choose the selection Vague_fairymist / Check Source Luminance and Replace the selection

6- Flood fill that selection with the colour 808080

7- KEEP THE SELECTION

Effects /plugins / VM extravaganza / Transmission / 40, 0, 40

Select none now !

Set the mode of that layer to Overlay and lower the opacity between 50 and 70 according to your liking ( you may choose another mode !)

8- Effects /distortion effects / Waves as follows :

9- Layers / duplicate

10- Effects / image effect / Offset / Horiz : 0, Vert : - 90 / check custom and transparent

11- Open the tube Calguismistedsylviana1779, or a tube of your choice , copy it and paste it as a new layer

( I have duplicated that layer to bring the face up )

12- Open the tube Ametista_Ginette or another tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer under the lady's face

( I have resized that tube at 75%)

I have set the mode of that layer to Multiply (See which mode you prefer for your tag )

13- Open the tube Kikirou177_abstrait, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Set the mode of that layer to Luminance heritage ( or a mode of your choice )

14- Open a new raster layer

Set the background of your material palette with a dark colour : I have chosen the colour 913560 (close your foreground)

With your text tool set as below, write your text ( vagues for me )with the font Al lean tower or a font of your choice

15- Set the mode of that layer to Hard Light or a mode of your choiceo

I have lowered the opacity of my layer to 45

16- Effects / distortion effects / waves as on point 8

Place your text at the right place

17- Add a new raster layer

Set your foreground with a colour of your choice (I have chosen the colour f6cb4c which is already on the woman's face )

Activate your brush tool set as below and apply the brush Blood5Sicaxion on the left hand side of your tag, ( I applied the brush twice, in two different places )

18- Effects / plugins / Mura's seamless / Emboss at alpha default

19- Add a new raster layer

With your foreground colour ( fuschia for me ) and your brush tool set as above, apply the brush Birdbrushes_thiselectricheart..size 176

Place as on my tag

Set the mode of that layer to Darken or a mode of your choice

20- Add a new raster layer

With your foreground colour ( fuschia for me ) and your brush tool set as above, apply the brush texte_whenever..size 200

Place as on my tag

Set the mode of that layer to Hard light or a mode of your choice

I have lowered the opacity of that layer to 60

21- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature

22- Make sure everything is at the right place

Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixels with your dark colour

Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a light colour ( pale pink f9dade for me )

23- Layers / Promote background layer ( your background layer will be converted to a raster layer )

24- Image / resize at 90% / resize all the layers NOT checked !

25- Effects / Alien skin Eye candy 5/ Impact / Perspective shadow / drop shadow blurry

26- Add a new raster layer

Layers / arrange / move down

27 -Set your material palette with two colours matching your main tube

My choice : Foreground : colour b2789d

Background : colour 913560

Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient

28- Flood fill your layer with that gradient

29- Effects / plugins / Artistic / Sponge / 2, 12, 5

30- Open your tube, bande_vagues_fairymist, copy it and paste it as new layer

31- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixels with your dark colour

Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a light colour ( pale pink f9dade for me )

32- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize your tag if necessary
