To realize that tag, you'll need the plugins Graphic plus, Alien skin Eye Candy 5 / Impact, Murameister, Mura's seamless

and the material zip, down below : ( the tube of the scenery isn't included)

*It is forbidden to suppress watermarks on the material provided , to alter, mist or rename the tubes in order to respect the work of the tubers

- The tube of the woman is by Kikirou

- The picture I have used is by Patrick Gunderson

- One of the brushes is by Ales1984

The other brushes have been found on the web

Preparation

Duplicate your tubes, mask and picture, close the originals and minimize the copies for now.

Export your brushes in your psp as custom brushes

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels

2- Set your palette layers with two colours out of your main tube

My choice : Foreground : colour 2253A0

Background : colour 85AAE1

3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your foreground colour

Effects / Graphic plus / Cross shadow default

4- Add a new raster layer and select all

5- Open the picture Bg de Patrick Gunderson or a picture of your choice, copy it and paste it into the selection

Select none

Set the mode of that layer to Luminance Legacy

6- Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with your background colour ( right clic )

7- Layers / new mask layer / from image / choose Mask 121 / check Source luminance

Merge group

Lower the opacity of that layer to your liking ( I have lowered it to 60 )

8- Open a scenery tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Set the mode of that layer to Luminance Legacy if the colours of that tube don't match the rest of the tag

9- Open the tube Kikirou171_Fantasy or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Resize th tube Kikirou171 by 85%

Place the tube as shown on my tag

10- Effects / 3d effects/ drop shadow / 4, 4, 50, 25, dark navy blue

11- Open the tube fougères, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Place that tube bottom left hand corner of your tag

12- Open the tube étoiles, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Place le tube as shown on my tag

Instead of my tube with stars, you may use a brush of your choice but don't forget to add a new layer before applying your brush !

13- Add a new raster layer

Activate your brush tool and set it as below and apply the brush Floral_Ales__20, size 955 on the left hand side of your tag; use a colour of your choice

14- With your eraser tool, set as below, erase all the parts of that brush that you don't want

15- Effects / plugines / Mura's seamless / Emboss at alpha par défaut

You may use the tube I've made with the flower brush instead of doing steps 13 to 15

16- Open the tube texte enclosed, copy it and paste it as a new layer or write your own text with fancy fonts

17- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature

18- Make sure everything is at the right place

Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your light colour

19- Layers / Promote background layer ( your background layer will be converted to a raster layer )

20- Image / resize at 90% / resize all the layers NOT checked !

21- Add a new raster layer

Layers / arrange / move down

22- Flood fill that layer with a contrasting colour

My choice : colour 031E49

24- Effects / Plugins / Murameister / clouds as below

25- Effects / plugins / Graphic plus / cross shadow default

26- Add a new raster layer

Set your foreground with your light colour and apply the brush SS sparklies in the top hand right corner of your tag

27- Activate the top layer, the one with your tag

Effects / plugins / Alien skin Eye candy 5 / Impact / perspective shadow / Drop shadow blurry / black colour

28- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your light colour

29- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize your tag if necessary
